Coverage
20 Kg bag will cover approximately 5 to 6 m² using 6 x 6 mm square notch trowel.
Shelf Life
Factory sealed containers of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality for one (1) year if stored off the ground in a dry area. High humidity will reduce the shelf life of bagged product.
Limitations
Adhesives/mastics, mortars and grouts for ceramic tile, pavers, brick and stone are not replacements for waterproof membranes. When a waterproof membrane is required, use a CONSET® Waterproof Membrane.
Note
Surfaces must be structurally sound, stable and rigid enough to sup-port ceramic/stone tile, thin brick and similar finishes. Substrate deflection under all live, dead and impact loads, including concentrated loads, must not exceed L/360 for thin bed ceramic tile/brick installations or L/480 for thin bed stone installations where L=span length.
Warnings
Since containing cement irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin. For further information refer to safety data sheet
Indicated consumption is a general information it may change depending on the application condition and surface properties.

How to Use
• Substrate must be sound free from oil, Grease and sufficiently dry, Cementitious substrate must be cured use CONSET 45 T OR CONBOND SBR-115 incase of uneven substrate to get a sound and flate surface.
• Wipe the back side of tiles with water if dusty, Pour 20 kg of TILE MATE-101 into 5.75 -6.75 litres of clean water slowly and mix to obtain a homogeneous paste free from lumps. A low speed mixture is recommended in the instructions for the application.
• Also stand for 5-10 minutes to mature after 1-2 minutes remixing the paste is ready for application. Spreed the mortar onto the substrate with notched trowel of which size is appropriate to the tile dimension (SEE NOTCHED TROWL RECOMMENDATION TABLE). Tobotain good adhesion first apply flat side of trowel, then notched with toothed side of trowel.
• Open time is 30 minute install the tile within this period with pressure unfavourable climate condition (High temperature, low humidity, wind etc.) can reduce time to just a few minutes. If this period exceed, scratch and discard the mortar.
• Dispose mortar of which pot life is expired.
• Clean tools and handswith clean water, surface with damp cloth.
• Tiles installed with TILE MATE-101 must not be subject to water at least 24 hour.
