Con Coat EEC
Con Coat EEC is pure acrylic base elastomeric coating liquid specifically designed for protection and waterproofing of exterior masonry substrates. It gives the decorative qualities of the best acrylic paints with the elasticity and flexibility of high-performance elastomers, resulting flexibility to thermal expansion and contraction. Con Con EEC is not only gives water proof it also allowed water vapor for escape through the film without affecting the integrity of the cured coating.

Applications
Surface Penetration
All new cement-sand plasters/concrete surfaces should be allowed to cure for 6-8 weeks before surface coating. Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove all laitance, loose material, oil, grease etc. by mechanical means such as by wire brushing and light grit blasting. Vacuum cleaning may be necessary in some case. Any visible surface crack up to 5mm wide should be filled using Conset Crackbond. Cracks more than 5mm wide and separation gaps should be filled using Conset Crackbond as specified.
Priming
Prime the surface with Con Coat EEC diluted with potable water by volume in 2:1 ratio (2 part Con Coat EEC and 1 part water) and allowit to dry for 2-3 hours.
Coverage
3-4.5m2/litre for 2 coats
